Back in the NES Genesis days, there was a lot of crap being thrown from each owner of a system. More people can own more than one console now, but back then it wasn't like that. Owning more than one system doesn't define you as a gamer, it's how much you invest in that system that does.
I don't think the PS4 and 720 are going to be 30 fps normally and switching between the Wii U and those systems will show the difference.
That's true of the 30 fps on other systems, but the gripe is this is supposed to be next gen and supposed to be competing against PS4 and 720. Those systems probably can do 60 fps normally.

It should be clear even to 360 only owners that MS is doing not to piss people off its just to compensate for very poor amount of exclusives. Think about take timed DLC out of 360, you essentially get another PS3. There is no variety the 360 offers except apps and DLC and Live.
I'm an American and don't mean anything by this just stating observation but we judge a lot of things by the cover media wise. It's guilty until proven innocent, anyway the cover for MS was it's first year. They were the first HD-console in consumer's minds. That's all you need and negativity gets washed out by sales numbers.
Sony doesn't need that, that is why they have in house games. MS needs timed exclusives and DLC more as they don't have this ability. MS is smoke and mirrors, haven't people seen this yet?

You have a hole in your statement. The competition offers it for free. Not to mention the fact that most of the games on the 360 are multiplat so really you are paying for games that you can play for free on other consoles.

I don't understand how it was innovative, this is old tech being renewed, sure it was brave to do this but calling it innovative is just wrong.
Journey was released on the Sony platform and not any other platform and something I have never experienced, this is innovative and it's only on the Sony platform. When Uncharted came I have never experienced to bring cinematics and gameplay together like this again on the Sony platform

Don't know why you are getting disagrees, I never seen a game like Journey done on any console. An uncharted experience that gives you a cinematic feel, like you playing a movie I have never seen that on a console. There are probably much more in terms of games I may be forgetting. Innovation can come from games and not just hardware.

Ehh...You have to adjust to the newer RE's, yeah survival horror isn't as big as it once was with the franchise but take it as an action zombie game, and the cinematics look really good...might be a good story. I wanna play this with my brother online and go through this cool story.
Anyway there are other survival horror games to satisfy out there. Good gaming!! =)

And you are leaving out the most important variable for the gap, the 1-year head start which most likely would be less of a head start if they took out the Blu-ray drive
It boggles my mind when people think they are done paying for the 360 after they bought it when in fact they keep putting money for it.
On the software side when you buy a game 360 owners are paying $65 while ps3 owners are paying $60.
When it comes to apps like netflix 360 owners also pay extra just to use netflix on top of the subscription.
Why these practices just mentioned are defended is beyond me?
