What make you think if Nintendo have a powerful console that third party will make games for them? The Gamecube which is stronger than ps2 but it did not have much third party support. Even if the wii u was as strong as ps4; they would just complained that Nintendo softwares are too hard to competed with. So it doesnt really matter, since third parties are flickle companies tht will go where the money is and that's Sony and Microsoft
I know right. Its in history. How could anyone said otherwise cause I wouldn't too. That is a bad deal on nintendo side, nintendo would of lost millions if not billions.

Xenoblades is made by monolith soft which is owned by nintendo so they are first party. And the other two are nintendo owned they funded and fully owned the ips
So you saying xenoblade, pandora tower and last story aren't AAA? Just because it doesn't have high production lets say of last of us. Its not AAA first party. That's nonsense. Nintendo had xenoblade, last story and pandora tower and they are new ips. Look they may not have any new ips on the wii u yet but that doesn't mean they don't have any new ip at all. It just mean you wanted to see what you wanted to see and being biased.

Rarely their games make you frustrated and well some of the best co op games lately. Had a blast playing mario bros wii u. Four players madness lol.
I wouldn't give up either and I usually entertain myself with other games sometime non nintendo platform. Nowadays most people have more than one console
Gotta remembered there's not much games then or games that worth buying a wii u until now and from then onward.
I disagreed because maybe Nintendo thought they had 3rd parties backing them up like for instances EA before some behind the scene major event happened. Or rayman exclusive game that got delayed. Maybe they thought 3rd parties were serious about supporting them. And also for the fact, 3rd parties always complaining about completing with 1st games.
I don't mind the wii u gaps of no games, it allowed me to platy catch up on past games like pandora tower, etc or play 3ds gam...
Never played earthbound for the original snes(bought it for wii u) nor had I played snes chrono trigger (played the ps version). But I do agree with smrpg. My list would be

actually depend on where you located you can still buy them at gamestop. like in Alabama, you can still buy brand new for $50 and theres like 15 copies

If you had notice it have nothing to do with Wiiu sale recently for EA and Nintendo fallout. EA wanted origin on Nintendo and possibly all control of the network and Nintendo said no. That what cause the support of EA for Nintendo
Actually EA said it themselves last year at E3 but got pissed at Nintendo over the network and other stuff and now they cut off the support for Nintendo
You are right but it also have to do with retails as well if they don't separate the two no one would know. I remember going in target in VA and was like where the F is the Wii U and guess where it was, right beside the Wii and some of the games were mixed around both places. With a glance you wouldn't be able to tell.
If Nintendo haven't made any new IP. Than what is Xenoblade and Pandora Tower? Even Diaster Day of Crisis and most other new ips that never reach the west
If you noticed something interesting about Nintendo is that they always change up their controller since the nes. It would be strange for them not to change it up this time. while the sony console controllers rarely change
Imagine someone getting a seizure from the flashing lights. Lights don't even change my mood and hopefully it don't get too bright at night love playing in the dark. And it could be useful for low life and when going down a dark corridor with flickering light and it flickers in tandem with the lights in-game.
Cant that also be said about mobile phone users but apparently the mobile phones are killing dedicated handheld markets. Just saying
