I mean, yeah, so Jack Black voices the game's protagonist. Cool, I guess. Also, the main weapon is a guitar. Pretty creative, I suppose.
While I love me some guitar (Slash and Jimi Hendrix ftw!), I just can't find it in me to get excited for a game in which you have to pluck stings to off enemies...and it's hard for me to say this 'cuz I love EA /s.
This type of game might have worked for me if they instead chose Adam Jone...

If by "cuter" you mean "lacks a lot of detail in comparison", then I agree with you.
The first design of the creature has blurred features (eg lacks subtle details like a pupil and nostrils), and the shading is far superior in the re-designed creature. In summation, we all (gamers) did! E3 of '09 blew '08's out of the water in every facet, save the water facet of that person that is currently roosting on his/her (probably his) porcelain throne.
IMO, each of the companies had a fairly strong showing this year. Gamers win in my book. Why even concern ourselves about which company "wins" or "lose...

This is THEE game that got me hooked on RPGs.
Without a doubt, experiencing FFVII forever changed my life. I like to tell myself that it was for the better, but my body could have used some exercise in place of the (literally) thousands of hours that I devoted to the FF series.
However, my thumbs are in great shape! As is my left wrist, but that's a different story that isn't appropriate for all ages :0

I think that there should be a trophy handed out for more than just the top three finishers. Since Gold > Silver which is > than Bronze which is what goes to 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place (respectively), maybe there should be an iron trophy for 4th place...or maybe porcelain?

Hey, I finally made the most relevant post!!
First of all, I'd like to thank a lot of the fanboys here at n4g.com (both Xbox and PS3) for helping me realize how foolish it is to be involved in gaming for any other reason than to simply enjoy the experience.
