I probably won't leaps and bounds to try to get a 360(can't anyway), but I would like to play Mass Effect/2(mostly 2). Maybe I can get one of my X-Box 360 associates to buy this game(most likely they will). I wanna play the hell out of it cause it looks awesome.
I appreciate Nintendo a lot. With that said I haven't really grown up on the Nintendo franchises that much I mostly played them over at a friends house. I agree with the author, except with reference to what I think was New Super Mario Bros. Wii. The game isn't hard core but a better foot forward. I probably won't buy a Wii system, because there isn't much I want.
mmm If Uncharted 2 didn't come out...well it did so that's the end. But if it didn't ummm there would have been a harder, bigger push for umm inFamous or Killzone 2, or yeah even Demon Souls (there should have been a harder push for that anyway). And to answer any confused ppl, yeah this is speaking hypothetically what PS3 exclusive would have taken Uncharted 2 throne.
The PS3 version of Bayonetta could handle 60fps, if the developers took more time with it. And that's the genuine problem; they didn't take the time.
@Bungie you might as well say blame Bungie for making Halo a hard game to compete with. No it's not Sony's fault for thinking a head, in terms of technology. If anything Killzone 2 wasn't hyped enough. Killzone wasn't on a soda can, or bottle (no I'm not taking shots at MW2 I liked that game. But Over-hyped naw. The Conduit wasn't over hyped either I know people who still haven't heard of it. It was disappointing though.

Halo is a big figure in the Gaming industry, but I'm not completely convinced of it being proclaimed as the Most Important Game of the Decade. I loved Killzone 2 and inFamous both of them are clear examples of why I own a PS3. No one should pass up on these two games. with 27 or 8 million PS3 owner's at least 21 million of them should have bought both of these titles. Sony should have pulled a "Spider-Man" advertising stunt for inFamous.
I really don't see a ginormous problem with this move, we still get free on-line gaming, which lets face is all most people really do. You can still use your home, and surf the net. In Forza III the textures do look more realistic. GT's grass reminds of the olden days when I played GT/2,that's not a bad thing. But there is more to GT5 than just realism, I must say the driver pit view in GT5 intrigues me just a tad bit more.I'll see if I'll want it when it comes out.

Shame on other articles that gave you 47% of the sales(US only): Many of us do focus too much on things that don't matter really. I'm a PS3 owner but I respect the X-Box 360, but neither system really matters when it comes down to real-world issues. I'm sure the 360 is great but I shall be chillin' out with my PS3 for awhile.

That does Kinda suck, but you have to understand; nothing is worse than being handicapped in a competitive multiplayer game. That's like playing football and losing a player and not getting anyone to replace him. That would really suck. 40K is too steep if anything they should bring the fine down, maybe 3 or 5k. To be honest with you, it would have been better to do that from the get-go. The Uncharted series isn't God of War it needed that extra mile in advertisement, yes it needed to be on more soda cans(other than Pepsi, which was in Canada I think).But now that Sony has found their niche to better market their Hardware, software, and exclusive titles it'll eventually do better. Not that it did bad or anything but it deserved BETTER commercial success.
I don't think the PS3 has been hacked, however even if it did those who have a PS3 should stick to buying the games. Developers work really hard(some of them)on their projects to make them look and play good on the PS3 console.
