i got what i wanted, turning the console on from another room and getting a game ready while i prepare my food. being able to walk into the room and it signing me in. using the kinect to quickly switch between digital games. Having meaningful kinect functionality in every game. Also being able to play KI having the control reconfigured to your profile is amazing.

they capped the xbox one version at 30 my friend. ps4 is unlocked.
Summary:
ps4 less consistent, average at 53 fps- sometimes dips to 32
xbox one more consistent, average at 30 fps- lowest dip to 24.
xbox one version is locked at 30, ps4 version is unlocked.
digital foundry says they have a source that says dirext x 11 driver for xbox still needs alot of work.
