Well, yeah. Why wouldn't they prioritize the system with the massive player base? When you have a discrepancy as large as the one between PS4 and Xbox One, you prioritize the one where you know the majority of players are playing.

To clarify, however, "around a 6" would be anything from a 5 to a 7. There's been one or two 5s, about four 6s or so, and at least five 7s that I've seen. All of those are "around a 6" by very definition. You're arguing such pointless semantics for the mere sake of doing so.
