well, lucky me, a lot of friends are also starting to get a PS3. So they lend from my huge collection and in return I get to play the newest games they buy :-)

I rather like to choose out of 20 AAA-games that sold more than 1 million copies than out of 3 games that sold 10 million each.
The less choice, the higher their numbers will be.
I wonder if I'll see the same article but with Kinect in the title...
they paid 1 billion dollars to Nokia to push the windows 7 os into people's throaths. Like they tried with Vista also btw.

As I remember it (and I do have some age, I started on a friend's Shneider 'pc' followed by an Atari ST you can look it up), those were company against company fights. Most of the gamers didn't really mind if they were playing on a Sega, Atari or Nintendo.
Nowadays it's a serious thing to think about if you can/will only buy one console.
imagine what will happen the day Gears comes out first on PS3..
