Forza 3 isn't a sim in my view because of that 'rewind' feature.
The only thing that's great about Forza is the custom livery option.

Uncharted, Rachet and Clank and GT5 would make this a great end of year for me (and i hope Borderlands turns out good, didn't like their previous shooters)

I agree. I just downloaded the PC demo and that got me really looking forward to it, but £20 is too much, perhaps £15 at most
Don't think it will be Left 4 Dead as Valve said they don't have the staff to do a PS3 game.
Unless an EA Studio is handling it then God help the guys who buy it if Orange box is anything to go by.

Don't think the Helghast would make it to Earth. Also I think a return to Vekta would be a bit annoying, just yo-yoing between the 2 planets in each game

I'm not sure if Last Remnant will be better on PS3. 2 Words, Unreal Engine. It still doesn't perform as well on PS3 as 360 and if it had problems on 360 I think I'll skip it and just wait for White Knight Story/Chronicles and the new FFs.

It's because the 360 is a very American console the games don't appeal to us.
If you take a look at my games collection I have games like Buzz and Ratchet through to GTA and MGS. It's the same for my friend's with FIFA/PES, Eye of Judgement (in one case :S lol) and Singstar thrown in.
The PS1 and 2 had a broad spectrum of games and the PS3 is carrying on with that tradition.

I agree with you about Microsoft. I was very surprised to hear that they weren't making a big deal about this show especially after they hired that guy from Sony and saying that they want to be a major force in Europe.
Hopefully Sony Europe puts on a better show than Sony America
