Why the fuck does race and gender enter into everything nowadays?
I rarely dock my Switch now. What people don't get is, this isn't replacing the original switch ffs. Whining cunts.
They have absolutely ruined this. Even if the game turns out to be good now, it has left such a bad taste amongst people. Why the fuck do most games come with season passed now?! Wtf is this shit?
Have they run out of money for their next game again?
Almost every game is repetitive. That alone isn't something that is solely exclusive to RDR2, the issue is that alot of what you did in that game was a chore, and the repetition of that is what got to me.
I mean if you think about it, Spiderman and GoW were both repetitive, however, it was repeated fun.
I think that would be a great buy, I think Remedy aren't far off being amazing Devs, I think they could be that under Sony's watch.
I love it when people complain that switch doesn't have Netflix and similar features like that. Trust me, I own a Switch, I am glad it is a pure gaming device. You have apps on your phone's.
This is coming from someone who bought the Xbox One X, it was pointless. I sold it last week. I played one good looking game on it - Forza Horizon 4, stunning game. The third party stuff was largely flat. And to be quite frank, once you've had the console for a week or so, you get accustomed to the graphics, and what you're left with is gameplay. And really if you look at third party games this year and last, it is just open world bullshit, churning out the same garbage year in, year ...
No matter what side of the this bullshit console "war" you're on, MS need to turn up this gen. Competition is good.
Most games are rinse and repeat. That has been the running theme of this gen in particular.
You do realise that not everyone wants to game on a pc right?
Also, how is different is Google stadia actually going to make gaming? So you'll be able to stream the games you can play on other platforms, but the games will still be the same, it's just changing how it's delivered.
I keep hearing people talking about how ray tracing will change things and ssd's will. However, once we get used to these things, we will still be left we the same rinse and repeat open world games which just get boring after a while. Innovation has to arrive on gameplay level.
I don't think they gained or lost anything by not attending. It is no secret that we are in a transitional period at the moment. Sony are in a nice position where they have done well enough this gen that they could skip this year's, we already know Last of Us, Death Stranding are coming. Beyond this I think the focus is next gen.
They have done really, really well this gen. I game on all the consoles, and Playstation had the game of this gen for me - God of War.
I think people need to calm down and just let the consoles come out. Make your mind up then. A year and a half before is ridiculous. Plus we haven't seen anything of Scarlett yet. Specs are all good and well, however, we buy consoles for games, this is where Xbox needs to deliver. The buying of studios gives the right signals of course, however those games need to hit the mark. Simply buying studios doesn't mean the problem is resolved, this is the first step...that's all.
They came on and said they've been working on this title for a while. I'm sure this game has been in the oven prior to the MS buy out. Calm your tits people.
How in any way does this game look amazing from what was shown? What about it was amazing?
What they showed was bland. However, as it is Respawn, I think this game will be decent.
There isn't a show to steal.
I don't think it would be, PS4 is the spring board they will use for PS5's success, alot of people are eager to see what Sony does next. I think they will do well, and I hope they do. I am patiently waiting for their announcement of their hardware and MS's.
