If the head guy at Ubisoft says his company's casual games funded the development of hardcore games - then it is a fact ( as long as Ubisoft are concerned.)

If you look at it from the viewpoint of a customer, you've just bought a new piece of hardware, and you have a lot of new exclusive ip's made by major developers on the way - there's a lot on Kinect to look forward to.
If you don't have Kinect , Gears 3 and Forza 4 look incredible, Halo Anniversary, Minecraft,Witcher 2 and Alan Wake: Night Springs land within the next few months.

XBLA has way too many great games, we've just had Ms Splosion man, Bastion is next week, From Dust, Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, Fruit Ninja, Toy soldiers following right after.
Then there's Fez, Guardian Heroes, Battleblock Theater, Crimson Alliance, Minecraft, Shadow Complex 2 and more on the way!
