RTA, it just mentions what happened leading up to his death, and it doesn't blame video games for causing this. More than anything, it mentions some tv show that they watched where a kid killed himself.
At 13, you don't really know the full consequences of your actions. He was very angry, thought that this would get his parents attention, but didn't understand the reality of how it would effect everyone, including himself. It's an accident in the same way an adult could claim temporary insanity when they murder someone else.
I'm more shocked now at the immaturity and disgusting attitude of people on N4G.

If anyone thinks the movie sequences in MGS4 and GTAIV are at all close or better than actual movies, they need their head examined. I beat it last night. Normal Snake = 15 hours 30-odd minutes. I'd say that a good, maybe, 4 hours of that is cut scene time? Let's just round it off to 10 hours of gameplay. Now, I don't think that's total game play available to me, as I want to play through again. That's the sign of a good game, to me. I've played through Uncharted probably 8 times, that game kicks butt!! MGS4 seems to encourage and reward multiple plays through (this is my first MGS game).

Both Joystiq and Huffington Post crash my Firefox RC3 beta EVERY TIME! It's not my computer, because I try opening those sites in IE and it has no problems (yeah, I keep it around, although it gets very little use).
I still have some issues with other sites not displaying properly (like MSNBC), but overall, Firefox is by far the best browser out there. M$ FTL!

He's living in a fantasy world. I'd been a PC gamer for years until I got a PS3. The thing about console games is that they have real BUDGETS. Sure, you'll get a nice tech demo on the PC (like Crysis), but the really money, production values, story, etc are all coming from consoles. Not only is hard drive space a problem, but if you give a damn about picture quality, there is NO COMPARISON between a Blu-Ray disc and any HD movie I've ever downloaded. We don't have the bandwidth!! And if it's a movie that I really like and want to add to my library, I don't think there are any choices. I'd prefer my movie come on disc, with maybe a book or nice slipcase, then have to find memory space and deal with making sure I have everything backed up so I don't lose my investment. ...

No game has ever come close to making me cry. I'm sorry, I can cry at movies, but not cutscenes. FFVII is over rated. I played it, and the bad acting, the stiff dialogue, etc, really was just annoying. I just wanted that game to end.
