I didn't play the first game until last year when it was dated.
This gen has been disappointing.
Maybe this one will break my ps3 too. I can't wait to not be able to play it, because it will probably freeze every 10 minutes. I couldn't even get online. I'm never going to buy another rockstar game unless I call them and they guarantee that they will replace my ps3. I have no problem passing on gta games. Yakuza will be enough for me.
Then I had to buy a hard drive, a vga cable, controller charger, other accessories, and I had to pay for live. The 360 still costs a crap load of money. You probably end up spending less with the ps3.

The 360 was a must have in 06, 07 and early 08 for hardcore gamers. It isn't a must have anymore. By the end of 09, the ps3 will have every kind of game, and everything else you need for the rest of this generation, basically. Online will always be free. There isn't much to look forward to on the 360.
