Mass Effect 3 looks real good on my TV for PS3. 360 is just darker and I even turned the brightness down on my TV for the PS3 version and it pretty much looked like the 360 version. The 360 just does black too dark like. There is even a site that explains it.

Give that a good read and maybe people will start understanding that darker is not always better.
I'm so getting this game when it comes out and letting NAMCO know that I want more Tales games. Please, anyone that still loves JRPG's and likes the Tales games, then please buy this game so they will give me more games!!
I keep my 360 for one real reason and that is for my friends. They only play on the 360 and refuse to buy a PS3. I pretty much have to buy two copies of any hugh multiplatform game that comes out because they want to play the multiplayer part or the co-op part of the game and I have a big PS3 collection going on that is about to hit 250 games.
The 360 is not a bad console but it's turned into a Kinect/Casual console with multimedia apps and pretty much just a handful of e...
I already got this achievement. It's not really that hard at all. It took me a few try's but I got it.
I agree with you 100 percent. People like my friends overlook what MS does and the overpricing of their controllers and battery packs is normal for them.
I had a friend that asked when I knew when Killzone 3 was coming to XBOX. My jaw almost dropped to the floor from that question. He really thought that Killzone 3 was coming to 360 and got mad and said why can't Sony just make games like SEGA and just put them out on 360 so everyone can play it. The same can be said abo...
The 6 core CPU will be way faster than the 3 core duel threaded CPU in the 360. Even at the same clock speed, they can improve performance per clock and have a bigger pipeline for data chunks. This 6 core CPU is most likely going to be also be duel threaded so it will have 12 threads to work with.
Duel GPU's are already out but make a lot of heat. All they have to do is have less shader cores working with a smaller die shrink and make sure the power usage is on par with w...
I used to love MS and the 360 as I had the original Xbox and brought the 360 to I could play with my friends. I was young and I wanted to be where everyone else was. MS had a hard time for some reason putting my Gamertag on the 360 and gave me lip saying "Why don't I just make a new one?". I had to make a new tag and try to remember the names of the people on my list as even tho it never carried over, I was unable to use it with the original Xbox. So I just let it go and made a ...
I like Xbox 360 for Forza, Halo, and Gears of War series but it seems like they did lose their way. I'm not going to bring other consoles into this but MS does not have the exclusives like Sony and Nintendo have. They focus more on Kinect now and none of my friends that refuse to even look at another console unless its from MS, will not even admit that MS is trying to push Kinect down all our throats.
If the next Xbox does not use some kind of storage medium that I can go...
My overclocked Commodore 64 whoops the Apple II and I get 1 frame every 10 minutes! I'm in gaming heaven!
Who cares if it's going to be on two disks. As long as it plays good than who cares.
I love my PS3 and I have a very good amount of pre-orders lined up for it, but I have been playing on the 360 a little more because all my friends want nothing to do with the PS3 at all.
So, I'm getting Modern Warfare 3 for 360 and getting Battlefield 3 for PS3 since they don't care about BF3 anyway. It's nice to have choices.
I swear Ghost is Gaz from Modern Warfare because if I'm not mistaken, its the same voice that did Ghost. Anyway, I loved Ghost because he never showed his face but he kicked ass and talked trash. Who knows what Modern Warfare 3 is going to have it but I'm just hoping it's not going to be a disappointment. If it is......well I always have Battlefield 3 to fall back on.
They sell a USB adapter on Amazon that lets you use it with the mic. Someone on the amazon forum told me about it.
I pre-ordered this too. This IS the collection to get next to ICO collection. I love how he got those games in there. I already have the first Metal Gear Solid for PS1 on disc so it's all good for me.

I feel the same way. I only keep my 360 around for a few games and also I paid 300 for the 250 gig version and I'll only get 100 for trade in credit. Just not worth getting rid of. Also, my friends only game on the 360 and we sometimes get matches going on with Halo Reach and Modern Warfare 2 (Until 3 comes out) so I'm more then happy to keep it around.
I have over 60 games for the 360 and over 200 for the PS3. As I figure it, just keep i...
OK, first off this is article is about how much space the game is going to take up on the 360 if installed.
Second, for the trolls that said it's going to take a hour to install on the PS3, PS3 does not install the whole game to the HDD. It might be like a 5 or 6 gig install. It will be used to speed up loading and put less wear and tear on the lens.
Please stop bringing things into a conversion that has nothing to do with the conversion itself.
I would love to have a gamer girlfriend but as other people said "You can't win them all.". As long as she does not care I play my games and will sit down with me and watch Star Trek and Star Wars then I'm good. Still looking for that kind of girl tho......
My Bravia plays Modern Warfare 2 and Black Ops in 1080p automatically. I just let the game pick the rez it wants because I really don't feel like messing with the settings every time I play a game to get 1080p. Most newer PS3 games play in 1080p, it just upscales itself.
I'm fine with my shiny version. Runs well and does not crap out on gaming binges. Just clean it once in awhile and it looks fine.
From what I read on the Playstation blog. Here is the link for the people that do not believe me.

I'm hoping it's a good set and not something that breaks easy.
Yeah well, all this does not really matter because we are due for new consoles anyway. My Blu-Ray player rules the video part of my home with Netflix coming in second. Until we have 25 Mbps download speeds, I don't see any console doing well in the streaming market.
(Having 10 things running off your router at all times does not help either! LOL!)
