It isn't fair in my opinion, when I read his post and it was no where near as insulting as the examples he gave. They need to do a better job and not just delete one random post.

I guess you didn't know that already HaHa. The Wii will dominate japan, microsoft will never do any good over there. They don't make brain games for the 360!
But when the average person is looking for a HD player they won't even consider the PS3. They get STANDALONE PLAYERS, they have more audio and video options and have better picture quality, plus they don't ruin your game system playing movies. The PS3 is nice and all, I just wouldn't use it for movies, and I think the majority of people won't either.
Also you have to factor in more HD-DVD add ons have been sold than PS3's. It is actually a very hot item for 360 and PC users...

I guess they don't want to sale that many movies. HD-DVD will have ten times as many players in households as blu-ray by the end of 2006. Doesn't look good for blu-ray at the moment. I don't support either, i support digitally delivered HD content via Xbox Live Video Marketplace, and I know people who bought a 360 just to download tv shows and hd movie rentals. By the way I think HD-DVD will win, because more people are aware of the name, and it is cheaper. $100 PC HD-DVD drive vs. $600...
The PS3 is outdated. The RSX is last-gen hardware, the 360 GPU is next-gen hardware. Read it and weep boy! Thats why multiplatform titles have a better framerate and better lighting in the 360 version, it is the power of the unified architecture.

This title was shown on a 360 in 2005, and was announce for the Xbox 2 before it was announced as the 360. It will be multi-platform, probably a timed exclusive. I doubt the PS3 could generate those visuals anyway, not enough VRAM. If it will it would be a surprise to me. That is why UE3 games look so good on the 360, 512mb of RAM and a standard 3-core CPU.
Has almost 10 times as many players sold word-wide. People don't know what Blu-Ray is, it will fail miserably. It will be know as the PS3 disc format thats it. The quality of the Blu-Ray movies even the newest releases aren't as visually impressive as the HD-DVD ones. Which is sad since Blu-Ray hardware is alot more expensive.
