Yeah but where are they going to get the extra power from? It's multiplatform, so I wouldn't count out a Vita version just yet. You definitely can't put the Vita and the 3DS in the same category when Vita is churning out home-console perfect ports.
I laughed when he said if he's not playing Drake, he doesn't want to make a cameo being the bellhop lol. Peewee's Big Adventure reference.
Blah I hope not...True Crime: Streets of L.A. already did this, and I actually thought they did a pretty good job at the time.
Most of the houses in the residential areas looked the same, but each street had the actual street name in perfect order as if you really were driving around LA.
Get it together Square Enix, you're sloppy as hell. *turns on Vampiric's sarcasm detector* Maybe you'll get SOD's point now.
I don't think phones will ever take the place of a central portable game system.
There's casuals that enjoy Nintendo games, I'm just interested to see what Sony will do to bring them to the Vita since Nintendo is a household name when it comes to portables.
PSP had casual games, but seemed like the system was also intimidating to casual gamers.
I could've sworn I saw an article for this already, and like newmonday, it's all about value. The Vita isn't like the older handhelds that used to launch at $150 and only play games, it's practically a portable PS3.
Probably all video formats compatible with PS3 will be with Vita, it's a backwards compatible PSP, MP3 player and more, OLED screen, internet browser, 2 built in cameras, more RAM than a PS3, Bluetooth, GPS, cross game chat, built in mic...it&...
I'm just wondering if they'll announce a Vita version lol
My only real gripe with this gen is the lack of memorable JRPGs. There's several that I remember...they just mostly mediocre and were playable but didn't have any replay value. And some just downright sucked.
*throws up at comments on Kotaku* "Buh it's too linear! Buh it felt like I was playing a movie instead of having control of the events!"
I'm sure they LOVE Gears though. They hate Unncharted because there's no Lancer
Exactly what I was gonna say...a PS3 exclusive has to reinvent the wheel, while the 360 just has to be "the same game we all know and love! A+!"
I'm also glad that after one TK shot in the air, Phoenix can't do anymore moves. So she can't just float in the air and spam TK shots to chip someone out. It still sucks that she can do X-factor in the air though lol...
The article might as well be "forget multiplats, PS3 exclusives are the best looking" /end
It really kills me when a good single player game is coming out, and the very first comment on a blog post is if there's multiplayer.
IGN always has the weirded scoring
"Graphics 10/10: best game we've ever seen
"Gameplay 10/10: best game we've ever played
"Presentation 10/10: controls and story are second to none"
"Overall: 7.5"

lol @ this year...you should've been at N4G when PS3 launched, they're NEVER pleased.
Trollolol @ Kotaku...they never fail to hide their hate for PS3
I honestly might get everything except Reality Fighters, Hustle Kings, and Little Deviants. I'm still on the fence about Little Deviants, but might get it because it showcases the touchscreen and touchpad.
Just right, everyone keeps trying to compare it to the PS3's price to make it seem like it's unfair.
Sadly we're over those days where portables are priced at $150 at launch, and now portables can do more than just play games. I think it's at a perfect price.
It's pretty amazing but not all that surprising...most the sales are practically from the reputation of the original DS and Ocarina of Time alone. Once the big first party games come out, sales will pick up even more.
