I'm not from the States but I as understand it movie theaters can't allow minors alone to R rated movies but game stores can sell M rated games to minors? shouldn't it be the same for both?
also it applies to movies in physical media, it's just wrong that a kid can go to the counter of a BestBuy or whatever retailer to pay for a blu ray of The Hangover and a copy of Shadows of the Dammed and being told he can only buy the game

it only happens to me when I tried to use Scarlet or any of the classic costumes/fatalities of the first DLC pack
if you stay with the original stuff it doesn't seem to happen, at least not on PS3
the sektor and cyrax customes were free with scarlet so this is probably free with the sync update

looks like Mattick's pledge at E3 of 360 being number one worldwide this year is not going to happen
360 will be third just like the last 3 years
when you have 2 consoles each with a 50 million+ userbase and one releases 10 to 15 exclusives per year and the other one 2 then the sales of the first one are going to be split among those games and the sales of the second one will concentrate on those 2 exclusives

a couple months ago I bought this electric toothbrush with consumable tip brushes, it came with 2 replacements and each lasted about a month

when Sony said that the PS3 would have 10 life cycle they actually meant that they were not going to release another console for that period, whether they are sticking to that plan or not is another matter
PS1 and PS2 had a ten year cycle, so it was nothing worth annoucing that PS3 would have the same, it was a given
