How about having one site for all COD games or IW games?
Bungie for instance have Bungie.net were you can check out lots of stats about Halo 2 and 3. Read news, podcasts, pics, vids etc about coming projects like ODST and Reach.
So why can't IW or Activision have like infinityward.com or callofduty.com for those games? Then they wouldn't have to make a new site each year.

I read on a thread on Major Nelson's blog (MajorNelson.com) a few weeks back about the guide freeze (slow friends list etc) and I came across a few people that had the same solution to the problem.

BF 1943 will launch with the three maps: Wake Island, Iwo Jima and Guadalcanal. When the community reaches 43 million kills online you unlock the 4th map called Coral Sea.
43 million kills on XBL = Xbox 360 players get the map.
43 million kills on PSN = PS3 players get the map.
So you better start killing and dying once the game is out so that we can get to play around with Coral Sea.

I also have the game, but if it's not too expensive I just might download the game tomorrow. Maybe it's smart to wait a bit before downloading it, because the game might have some problems on sertain PS3s since the game originally were on three discs.
If they can bring FF VII which were on three discs to PS Store, then I guess we should see Metal Gear Solid on PS Store in the future. (Unless MGS is out allready and I've missed it).
I'm not sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if 1 vs 100 were to be released for USA or North America only. I think that NA should have their 1 vs 100, then Europe could have a seperate one with different times when the show went live so that we didn't have to stay up late, or the US guys getting up early...
I like game shows like these, so I really would like to see 1 vs 100 in all Xbox Live regions, especially Norway.

I'm from Europe myself. Norway to be exact. Us in Scandinavia hasn't even got the Video Marketplace yet. I mean we can download a few old music videoes and a couple of videoes like RvB and The Guild, but we don't have the opportunity to download whole movies or TV shows or anything.

I've got the 360 and the PS3, but I primarily play on the 360 since I got most of my games for that system plus other preferences I'm not going to elaborate on here and now.
There are plenty of (good) games coming out for both systems, and we've got nothing to worry about. Even if MS might not have lots of exclusive tripple A games coming out in 2009, they will release quite big games like FF XIII, Tekken 6, ME2, Halo 3: ODST to name a few.

I've tried the game a little bit, and it wasn't all that fun. It wasn't the finished build, so I'm not going to cry over average graphics or anything, but the gameplay was just OK.
It was a bit like Crackdown the way you ran and jumped high up in the air and things like that. I tried out one of the powers where you shoot electricity out of your hands, but it got old quite fast.
I'm not a big fan of Crackdown, but I had more fun with that game then I had with the time...
Just in case you didn't know Battlefield Online will be released exclusively for South Korea. It's a PC title. Great for the Battlefield fans who doesn't like to play BF on a console, but you've got to live in South Korea to be able to play this game I guess.
The rest of the world might miss out on Battlefield Online, but there's plenty of Battlefielding to be done in BF 1943, BF Heroes and BF: Bad Company 2 in the coming months, and probably years by new games and expansion pack...
Xbox Live has been around since 2002, and was updated when the 360 came in 2005. Just now this "gay" thing is an issue, because a couple of people get banned for not following the code of conduct. If you are not allowed to write the word "gay" in your motto, then don't write "g4y".

Lost Planet 2 will have co-op, so I might just get the game. I played both the singleplayer demo and the multiplayer demo for Lost Planet, but didn't get the game.
But I really like co-op. That feauture makes games like Halo, L4D and Gears alot better.
I guess dice rolls aren't that usual in the US. We have several norwegian sites that uses the dice: Spillmagasinet.no, Dagbladet.no, ITavisen.no to name some.
Norway's biggest gaming site though, Gamer.no, gave Killzone 2 a 6/10. They came to the conclusion that the level design weren't all that great, and that the colours grey, brown and blue were over used. The characters lacked personality in comparison to Gears for instance. No co-op or local multiplayer also was a let down. ...

Marble Blast Ultra, Bomberman, Worms and Carcassonne.
Favorite singleplayer XBLA games:
Braid and Marble Blast Ultra.
Take it easy. And 7/10 is not a bad score. 7 is a good game, 8 is a bit better, 9 is a great game, and 10 is near perfect.
You all are acting like 7/10 is a bad score, which it isn't.
And it's just ONE review out of thousands of reviews for this game. Most people have given it 9 or 10. And when a site gives it 8 or 7 you cry like little spoiled boys who didn't get more candy.
People thinking that "this site" gave it a 7/10 to get more hits need...
