With BF3 for instance I need to activate the (Online Pass) which means Ill only be able to play on my BF3 on 2 PS3's (unless ofc they own the game.. which the currently do not)

Battlefield used to be at the top of the shooters, and when anyone talks about FPS combined with vehicles and planes ect Battlefield is always the game that its compared against.
I am sorry, but I do have to disagree with a few things in there..
K/D is important, because if you die lots, you are no use to your team, and by having lots of kills, even if you are not playing the game mode properly, you are still helping the team out.
Trick shots that is the epitome of skill in my opinion, being able to do ridiculous shots, jumping in the air and getting head shots, that's what people want to see, noone gets praised for playing a reas...

True, its likely its going to turn out like 'Condition Zero' it had texture updates and was basically the same game like a 20% improvement in graphics and animations BUT..
People who play CS like to be good at it, and people wont switch to this unless its a big upgrade.
Hitboxes changes, animation changes wont be liked unless its using a totally different engine, lets divide the Counter Strike Community even more, its already split into 1.6 and CSS :P...
All the money the get from the COD games and they just throw the games together, Battlefield is LEAPS beyond this..
When BC first came out I thought "Nice try, they'll never be able to get the battles like the are on PC" but look at Battlefield 3..

Ultimately Microsoft started this Exclusive DLC, Timed Exclusive, Exclusive content bull$h*t with the 360, I remember it clearly and I thought to myself "Typical Microsoft and there underhanded business tactics no in gaming."
Now its a standard and because they're not easy to work with (apparently) developers are jumping at deals with Sony, they're much better to deal with and often try support developers where they can..
