Overall this review is on point, 90 is a good score, I am a firm believer that 10's should be rare. I think both Gears 2 and R2 are both triple A games (ouch for disagrees soon to come). But its ironic none of the 10's that R2 are being recorded on metacritic, IMO that would bring its Meta score up.
but the amount of money this kid/adult is spending is almost unbelievable.
he is spending atleast 467 on wow a month and thats without tax.
now when you factor in all the games he bought and expansions, this kid has spent way to much money on blizzard. FUN is not worth that much money, I mean, I cant see this being worth it.
Reason: I am in need of practice with the level creator so I can master it before full version and speed up my output in order to mass produce episodic content every week once it comes out. I also am a huge fan of sackboy

developers who are releasing the same title on the 360 and ps3 should indefinitly have trophy support, because they already have acheivements implemented. Games having trophy support at this point in the ps3's life will probably increase the sales by a lot. I know normally I would not buy a buzz game. BUT it has trophy support and I need a good party game so come next week I am getting buzz for ps3
I think throwing guys around like ragdolls is AWESOME fun. BUT... I played psiops like 5 years ago and still own it, probably a much better game overall then force unleashed. I mean the Story is probably great but they were over using force push to hype it up and it just gets old. psi- ops was MGS on psychic powers. Fun game pick that up instead. :-P
is it just me, or is this not released in america yet. I wont deny me wanting to get all the trophies I can get my hands on, and I would love to add this to my library, but I dont think its out in america yet.
I have to admit that 360 is carrying gaming into the next generation more so then wii, because its a good system, with great games. The dedicated owners attach rate is quite amazing and the arrival of the final fight (halo 3) def helped these numbers. Now the gaming is at a running start thanks to the 360, im sure the ps3 and the 360 will have great years this year, who will win is going to be the interesting part.
You are pathetic, I respect bladestar cause he can muster up comments that are nice about the system even though he has his preferences, but you on the other hand have hid for the last few days avoiding all the good press sony has because they beat your precious 360 this holiday and that there supporting the leading HD platform. you do know the fault of this is the graphic requirements for UT3 right. Most people can not handle unreal 3, which is why im glad I bought a ps3 instead of upgrading my pc for probably three times as much just to play ut3. Also as the article said other great games have come out in this time frame so it has competition, TF2 is a great game, and COD4 is a great game, three great games = spread population depending on your liking.
they had the original price of 600$ because the system is easily worth that, and they figured they would include it all in one package. I mean you could go the xbox or wii route give a shell system and make you pay for all the accessories such as wireless connectivity, an hd-dvd drive.

I am pretty sure mark rein said what this guy summarizes on one of his videos, seeing as though PC and ps3 will be running as equals the ps3 is the more complete experience because of the six-axis.

before you poke fun at someone for being uninformed you should be informed yourself. in Mario sunshine yoshi was a gameplay element REQUIRED to beat the game therefore its not an unlockable IMO. But let me correct what I hope you were thinking, YOSHI was Useable in some aspect in mario 64 for getting all 120 stars. I never actually did it but I have definitly seen something along those lines said.
1. gears of war is an after effect of unreal, notice the engine these are all on are the UNREAL engine. As much as you would like to think gears is the fist franchise that epic has had success with look at the 10+ years unreal has dominated the FPS genre
2. There has been vehicles since 2004, when did gears come out, vehicles isnt something new to UT
3. The speed the game plays at is normal in terms of UT, I dont like the dumbed down speed of most FPS's, I like being on my feet ...
your a real gamer if you own any of the next gen systems because they are all early in cycle and if you cared enough to buy them and actively buy games, which is hard on some systems, then you are a gamer.
1. 3 vehicles are not a joke, because they all are used fairly often, yes there is need for a person carrier and thats about it, because if there was more vehicles then there would be the vehicles that are not used.
2. I find ground combat fun, the assult rifle is def fine, one round of bullets is a fair amount seeing as though its auto aim, so you actually get a chance to defend yourself. it may not be anything revolutionary, but they werent going for that, they were going for the bas...
I went to look for it in the ps3 logs which also brought my attention to something else. all the 10/10 reviews are missing from the scoreboard meaning the AVG would be higher.
