It's an incentive for people who wanted to play it day one and for other people that still deciding I guess, a few indie titles do this as well

Its honestly unbelievable how low Bioware has gone this generation, coming off the great Mass Effect trilogy (well 3 had its share of problems) and their game of the year dragon age inquisition which is almost 5 years old at this point, you'd think EA would treat them a lot better, but instead we got Andromeda and Anthem.
I was actually looking forward to it and wondering why the pack wasn't mentioned last year or this year, I am very disappointed.

6th gen in general was a really good gen for licensed games, so many surprising gems from that time

This game looks very fun, I love that fact that you always have a partner with you in this game and you can't go wrong with Platinum's combat design.
It's actually more powerful though
While that would be cool, I don't see that happening. I would want to see a gaming phone from them, they're not doing so hot in the mobile market and gaming phones are in right now, if they can use the power of the playstation brand then they can finally be a big contender in that space.
Switch is a hybrid console, it's both a home console and a handheld device.

You're comparison only makes sense if you were comparing everyone's budget model, but Sony doesn't have one, so there's no reason to include a Pro
Yeah, I can see this being a benefit for users who have wider than normal aspect ratios like the Samsung phones
