Xbox have put all their eggs in one basket, and now realize that incredible games are not so easy when you need to chase engagement and subscribers, instead of just investing in and game and selling it at a premium price to make the return on it.
They have chased this for so long that they believe their own rubbish to the point that Phil believes making great games wont sell Xboxes.
