Totally agree with you sedx... I'm fortunate to by most games when they come out but only spend 60 on the ones that I truly want to play like a metal gear or final fantasy. The rest I'll just wait to either get it used or when the price drop. Selling games at 30 or 40 will definitely help game sales and the industry right now.
I never heard any of these developers say a their game looks better on either system. I did see the Fifa wii u interview and there was no such claim. The developer stated it looks good as the other system. You can actually see that he wanted to say the wii u version looks better, but he didn't. It's obvious they know which version looks better, but there job is to influence you to get the game and not just for a specific console.
I don't care about sales. I will rather a very close business battle from each console. the more competition from consoles, the more we benefit from it. Ex... EA Madden has no competition and we all see what we get every year from the developers. It will be the same issue with a dominant console.
You guys do know these 3rd party game developers will never say the game looks better on a specific console right? Why? If you're getting paid by each console company for the game, your bias opinion will cost them money and will eventually cost you money.

Great list. I Think God ofWar 3 should've been added. Seeing that game had me thinking what's next for consoles graphically when the ps4 and the new Xbox comes out.
At first I thought madden was decent, but when you play it you realize the lack of effort that was put in the game. The way BOD looks so far is horrible. It looks a psp game. Hopefully the new need for speed game lives up to the way it was promoted by the developer because it will be a real system seller for the vita.
Can't agree with you more. They said the same thing last year and it turned put to be the same game over and over and over and over.
Elderscrolls on the vita would be epic. That's one of my wish list of games for the vita; elderscrolls, Madden, 2k, and some good rpgs.

I could say the wii won, but the way is easily not in this console war. If the Wii was powerful as the PS3 and 360, it will count. I'm not saying its a bad system; its just not part of this console war. And it may sell more than both consoles, but both consoles are more expensive, meaning 360 and ps3 generate more or equal amount of money as the Wii. resistance 1 was ficken sweet. first game I bought for my ps3. I beat that game like 7 times, NO JOKE... one of the best FPS this generation. And its better than halo period. Online was really good too. R2 wasnt that good. R1 had better graphic, and it was more fun to play. Hope they make R3 really good.
Let's be real, there is no way the Wii u is surviving this console generation in my opinion. If they don't get adequate 3rd party support, it's going to be a sega all over again. I'm prognosticating that Nintendo sell or verge with a company in the future and Samsung will take their place.
