Jaffe doesnt work for Sony anymore, but Sony is the one that owns the rights to GoW.
Oh and heads up, Jaffe's studio has a 3-game deal exclusivity with Sony (all 3 games new IP's for Sony)and also Jaffe said that he plans to be on Sony's team for a long time
