possible lawsuit depending on the specifics but they're saying it's refurbished and im assuming they bought these from Sony already...so i dont see why Sony would sue
developers have bias and preferences - Kojima and Nomura love PS3. This guy...idk what he likes. PS3 use to be hard to develop for but Sony worked on that. ANd yes devs do require effort otherwise 3rd party games will never compared to first party games.

when you're part of the group certain patents and shared between companies as part of being a part of said group. as such the patents in question were probably part of the bundle of shared patents. Throw in the fact that LG is struggling, and well they just got owned in court too...

Eh Sony TV's aren't as good as they use to be true...but they never went below lets say a "good/mediocre" level they always remain top in reliability, these days they've definitely stepped up their game again and make some seriously good TV's. Samsung's blow omg the glossiness alone makes them suck like no other, every looked at the screen with any light in the room? You see stuff behind you more than the stuff on coming onto the TV.

I think it was obvious with God of War III's ending that they can continue the series in many ways. THe ending basically could tie into any time period especially modern day considering the mythos of Pandora's box and Hope is very far-reaching.
If they remade FF7 they'd probably add more to the story and do some alterations and cuts, i think the overall story will need it especially if they want to make 1 or 2 more sequels since dirge ended with Genesis coming back.
the Wii sold a lot...until now where 360 and PS3 are slowly killing it, Wii cannot last in the long run that was the problem neither can 360 compared to ps3, long and steady wins the race. what's with the disagree's? this guy is smart yes but i dont see him or his company building consoles. As such...what is this research for? Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo are determining hardware and software themselves with consultations of their own developers. I mean unless this guy is consulting one or all 3 i do not understand this.
