Ok, no way MS and Capcom are signing some sort of exclusive deal, there's just no way. They said "some of the news will be of interest to the global gamer audience". I'm feeling this could be some sort of natal thing or something, maybe some sort of weird fighting game using the natal technology or something weird.
But I don't know, sounds like they're announcing more than one thing, as the quote says "some of the news".
This is a last time shot by mS, they are struggling with sells in japan and this is a big ass franchise over there.
BTW, they never said anything about this coming state side, so far it's only been announced for Japan and it will probably stay that way.
