It was $30 earlier this week from Newegg with a 50% off coupon (since expired). Hopped on that pronto when I saw it, got it yesterday~~~~
Paris..... except in English...... which will just piss off the French even more..... LOL
like we give a xxxk??? who cares? it's a game so just play. enough of this SJW crap.
I really really really want to buy this game.....
But.... but.... but..... I'm knee deep in DS3....
Can probably save $20-$25 if I wait for 2-3 months.......
Oh, the decision one must make when they're poor......
#firstworldproblems......
Jackpot???
This idea has been thrown around a lot and I like it. But I'm just wondering how it could be done with the fight mechanics? I mean with Souls/Bourne, you've already got a pretty good set of medieval/victorian era weapons to work with. It'll remind me of the Dead Space games if that's the direction they're gonna go. I guess that's why they're the designers and not me... LOL either way, can't wait.
first build is always a tank for me so I can withstand and take my time. 2nd play through is always a dexterity kinda character as I know enough to toy with the enemies..... Evil, I know. If I have enough time for a 3rd run though, it's a mage/pyro guy just to make things interesting for myself. LOL
I agree... like the Onion Knight (Sieg-y!!!!).... FTW!!!
Imagine that, people who don't know anything would be like, "you a fan of the Michellen man or something??" LOL
edit: just looked at the site. I did find the "Chest" t-shirt for women kinda interesting..... ha ha ha
The PR/marketing people done fxxked up. dem hasn't a clue wtf the souls community wants. They getting lit up over there by the fans...
Seriously though, the PR/marketing dept for this sxxt should really get fired as they are completely out of touch with the fans.
@thekhurg:
As do I want more people to join the Soul's community. I'd argue against your statement " Having another million or so gamers opened up to it would never be a bad thing." And here's why. By adding an easy mode doesn't actually add to the community. In fact, it dilutes the community level. There is a standard for those who's played in these games and you have to have a certain amount of patience and due diligence to get that "b...
See what OrangePowerz & reaperofsouls said below and what areisul said above.
Too lazy to spell it out for you.
Grow up? Seriously? That's your comeback as to why the Souls series should add an easy mode for those who doesn't want to spend the time to play a game at a standard that the developers set? oh.... the irony.....
NO. The whole point of the game is to be diligent and learn patience. In turn be rewarded with that patience and hard work. You take that essence away, you've got a shell of a game that might be good, but not great. This series is built on the player being meticulous and practice, practice, practice. It's a standard that all the players who enjoy this series share. Wanna join that group? Put in the hard work or get out. Stop whining. Why should the established Souls community ...
I've found that in order to play the Souls series (or Bloodbourne), one has to have reach that balance of Zen emotionally. Best way I can describe it, don't get too high or too low emotionally when you're getting ready to play it.
If you're having a particularly bad time with an area, shut off the machine, go get a slushy, play with your dog, take a shower etc.... Re-adjust your emotional level and come back in 30 min for more punishment.... LOL

"All we need is just a little patience."
No other song better epitomizes the essence of the Souls series.
Normally, I'd wait about 2-3 months to get a new game b/c by then, it'd usually be 50% off..... But I'm tempted to get this from Amazon on the first day and get that 20% off preorder deal.....
I really am excited for this game. This and Drake will keep me occupied for quite awhile....
Two words: Blight Town.
Less than a month, right???
Been playing Bloodborne for so long that when this game drops, I'll have to remember how to use the shield or dual wielding those uchigatanas & Murakumos...
well, it's the author who lumped BB into a "Souls" game. Technically speaking, BB is it's own genre b/c it plays much faster than the original Soul series. But I guess DS III's combat will be more like BB?
Uncharted...... c'mon.....
