That softwares runs almost every Windows game on Linux. I have never used it so no comment on performance. But the fact that it runs so many games cant be ignored.

He himself didnt want PS3 to be expensive. Probably he didnt have a choice. Either he had to fulfill his vision (and hence making PS3 expensive) or let it go just as a powerful PS2 (hence making it cheaper). I think he did the right thing by making his vision come true.

Stop posting the same pics everywhere? If PS3 is in store, it will obviously be sitting. Xbox360 stand in air when they are in store or at your home? There must be some PS3s to get sold.
Intel isn't getting any real competition lately and that is not a good thing for customers. I like Intel more but AMD seriously need to put up competition.

Arent u fellas? Every second game is running on this engine. Not to discredit, but I just dont know why people think it looks so good. This engine dosent support Anti Aliasing (which is really important for me)and can mostly render indoor areas. It cant render Outdoors properly.

I tried it and I am having weird problems with this mod. Frame rate is almost halved, sound is stuttering all the way. Dont know whats wrong, demo was working fine.
Dont get me wrong guys, I love PS3. But these pics look CG. The reason is that the textures are too high and there is no Aliasing. I saw clearly and there is no Aliasing at all. This is impossible still in this generation games.

Agree that there are some inconsistency but this game isnt bad at all. It is worth it. The atmosphere and story are awesome. Only the execution is bad sometimes. but its really enjoyable.
8800GTS 640MB, E6600, 2GB 667MHz. It ran fine on my comp at 1280*1024. In both DX9 and DX10. It was soooo awesome.
