My PS3 also broke down around the time, not big deal things happen.
I dont own a 360 so i cant speak for MS. But Sony treated me just fine. but i can say that i was able to track my PS3 by UPS tracking, an they did ship my system earlier than i was told.
Im a sony fan, so i support the movement.
GTAIV is hot, hands down the best thing out and is better than any game, now and until the next series comes out.
