wrong, the ps3 is the stepping stone for the ps4. Why do you think they invested so heavily into blu-ray and the cell processor. In actuality, the R&D for the ps3 is really also for the ps4 and the wii and ps2 have proven that you dont need to have the best hardware to sell.

sucks we have to wait even longer to play this because of the 360 version, this is where multi-platform can go wrong. its good that more people get to experience it but dont hold it back.
something still doesnt add up, so the localing for the ps3 version will be the same length as to create the 360 version. So it pretty much seems they are holding back the ps3 version for the us and europe to coincide with the 360 launch which sucks.

you serious close, there is no guarantee there will be a next xbox. all we know is they have lost about 7 billion the xbox and the 360. The current sales have the 360 selling a little better than the xbox. for the 360 to even make a dent in 7 billion lost it would have to sell better than the ps2, how long do you think the shareholders are going to accept losses before they pull the plug.
how will ff13 sell more on xbox? It sells the most in japan where its not being released on the 360. every jrpg released hasnt sold much for the 360.
