If anybody reading this has not played Vagrant Story... buy it when it becomes available in your region! Vagrant Story is one of the most overlooked RPGs of all-time, and to this day, still has a one of the most creative battle systems ever. If you want to play a great JRPG, but were never able to get into the "random encounter" system used in a majority of them, do yourself a favor and pick this game up immediately.
I'll just choose not to buy this, that's not big deal, but I'm really starting to feel sorry for retailers who have to find the floorspace to put all this sh*t. Activision products(Guitar Hero, DJ Hero, Tony Hawk Ride, etc.) alone already take up a sizable chunk of Best Buy's overall floorspace. It's gotten ridiculous.

Wow! I was *this* close to placing an order on Newegg for a 9800GTX, but now I'm completely sold on DX11. That Tessellation really makes a huge difference and should make developers lives a little easier. The improved multi-threading support is also a big deal.

Not to be an AV nerd but... do NOT crank up the brightness of your TV. That's not how it works. The brightness control affects the black levels, not the "brightness" of the screen. If you need the screen to be brighter, turn up the backlight.
Other than that, I'd say the only thing to add is to pay off your pre-order. Nothing better than walking into the game store and leaving with your new game without ever taking cash out of your pocket.
From what we've seen, the third-person stuff is all on separate playlists. It's unlikely that any matches will contain a mix of the two perspectives, so no need to worry about balance issues... if the leaked footage and translations are to be believed that is.
