Had no reason to doubt them I suppose since Activison so hurriedly had them removed from YouTube.
It's either:

You're right, it's not being called CoD9. Just like WaW isn't CoD5 and MW2 isn't CoD6!
Why do people insist on calling each Call of Duty game by their release order instead of their name (i.e. CoD:WaW they call CoD5, CoD:MW2 they call CoD6, etc)!? It drives me nuts.
