I won't be buying any digital copies of games for my ps4 anytime soon. Even if I was rich I'd refuse to pay those prices.
The guy sending the tweets sounds like a mad fanboy to me. Why call him a liar? he might have been unaware of this feature like I was till now. I'm getting the ps4 and not the xbox one but that doesn't mean I'll rage if I see a journalist that is unaware of a console feature that isn't widely known. The guy could have been corrected with out calling him a liar.
would be cool if they announce that they are releasing the ps4 earlier in the uk (match US release date).
GAME sent me an email recently asking me if I wanted to upgrade to a bundle and I did, I don't think I was forced to upgrade.
I have 80 meg fibre so it's not much of a problem for me but I doubt I'll be buying many digital games unless they reduce the prices to match retail in my country. PSN wants me to pay £50 for digital games when I can get them for £40 from online retailers.
Go into options and you can change it to a different reticule that is easier to see. I had to do this because I found it hard to see the reticule using free aim.
I own bf3 on PC and when playing multiplayer I could couldn't tell the difference between the quality settings. Usually there is a big difference but I honestly couldn't tell the difference between low and ultra, besides a drop in fps.
I'm sure they could make the ps4 and xbox one versions look much better than they currently do in future battlefield games. Look at games like Perfect Dark Zero that released at the start of this generation compared to games like Uncharted 3.
Im pretty sure in recent interviews the devs said that this isn't a feature. They said they toyed with idea but didn't implement it.
Cool, I think I understand now.
Is there a reason why devs only choose 30 or 60? why can't developers make a game at 40 or 50fps?
I'm not a fan of free to play games but I'm not a fan of online multiplayer either
They should have bundled a charge kit with the console, it's pricey enough without having to fork out for AA batteries or a charge kit as well.
It wouldn't be fun playing against keyboard and mouse players.
This is a good thing
Games are currently too expensive in the uk and they are thinking of raising the price again. Might cancel my ps4 I'm not paying that much for games, I think at that price they will lose a lot of sales.
I have a feeling the taboo subject the game covers are to do with child soldiers.
Why don't they just make digital distribution games cheaper? I would buy a lot more digital games if I could get them for less than £40.
I'm sure they would like a simultaneous worldwide launch. If I remember correctly that was going to happen with the ps3 but they had a hardware shortage and decided to delay the European launch.
I paid £35 for it on ps3 at launch, it's going for £45-£50 on ps4. I probably would have paid £20 to play through it again on ps4, they are having a laugh if they are expecting me to pay £45.
