Uhhh, I hope more people are actually aware of this, but it was actually announced back in October that multiple Diablo projects are being worked on, just that they'd be announced at the right time. For BlizzCon, there would only be "some" Diablo-related news. The wording itself was clear that, yes, major titles are planned, but BlizzCon would not have anything major yet.

It's not necessarily asking to "give Diablo 4 a chance" and more like "...

"Gamers do not game on mobile"

Actually, that would be factually, figuratively, and contextually incorrect. And I know you're already deadset on your opinion, but, here's something that might surprise you:

That's actually a report (and there are more)...

Maybe Master Ives isn't dead. He's just hanging out in RDR2 as well?

Generally having a machine gun weapon available which many players seem to miss. We don't really know yet how effective the weapon will be (I'm personally not an MG guy anyway outside of the Quillim's Terminus from King's Fall).

I feel so sad that my submission about outrage culture regarding a Steam game got zero approvals.
And anything that has bewbs = instant front page.
Haha. :p

I once opened a bottle of shampoo and it went straight to my eye. So yes, it was definitely my fault for misusing its use.

I mean, every other day or so there’s a highly-upvoted or discussed story about a boobie game or nudey mod. Kinda gives you an idea of the demographic. 😄

Same. I did enjoy it for several hours since it ran exceptionally well on my rig -- the animations were smooth and fluid, seamless transitions between attacks and skills. Sadly, the novelty wore off over a dozen hours later on and certain mechanics were a bit of a miss compared to the magic system which truly shined.

By its very nature, it's unpredictable. However, there were analyst predictions of sales targets which weren't met. At the same time, they still remained optimistic that the company will bounce back as time goes on.

@PhantomS42:

My point is that I don't think anyone even mentioned that Treyarch nor the game were perfect. In fact, even the article noted that there were still a lot of issues that players were experiencing. The focus of that article was, however, the hilarious play-by-play.

That's why I cited "pent-up anger on the internet" because your reaction seems to be, well, very outraged by "something on the internet" -- even though th...

I did notice that, but I also found it fairly humorous that the first reaction people always have when someone kills them first online is: "OMG! So unfair! It's a bug/glitch/hack!" And Treyarch's massive wall-of-text and play-by-play as a response was hilarious.

Actually, to be more accurate in case you might be misremembering things:

A lot of people called out Bethesda due to the Horse Armor DLC. It actually got a negative reaction from many gamers and critics.

Wanna know what actually made MTXs more viable? Their success in mobile and freemium games. And the success of MTXs in mobile/freemium games kept happening despite a vocal subset of players who disliked it.

So, realistically, it’s not a...

Well, I’ve been gaming for roughly 34 years (I’m 37 now). What makes me feel sad are:

(A) how much games cost from $50-70 decades ago (80s onwards)
(B) that the production budgets for games (and their development teams) have skyrocketed over the years
(C) that today’s prices for AAA titles are usually fixed at $60 for the base game
(D) that somehow there are still people who forget those three facts above

@yomfweee @King_Noctis — you do know there was a time when RPGs cost $75+ and some, like Phantasy Star games, cost up to $100. There were also the games from the Neo Geo which could cost up to $300.

Now you might ask: “Yeah, but those were collector’s editions!” Nope, they were “the bare minimum experience” — the base game — that’s it.

They -could- be if done in a proper way.

An average gamer’s idea is: “No! Games should only cost like this. The end.”
A company’s idea is: “What can make profits? Let’s see!”

Companies and shareholders aren’t simply going to say no to dollars because a handful of people in online message boards and websites are angry or have an opinion. Likewise, angry gamers aren’t just going to accept the idea that MTX exist in games.

And so ...
