I'm not saying it won't stream once they do come out with the streaming service, but most people who will have an xbox will probably opt to download the game vs. streaming. The streaming is more beneficial to the platforms that wouldn't be able to DL and play locally.
Well im sure its not quick to realign an entire corporation division to get back on track. He has been making positive changes since he became the head of Xbox, but it was never going to be an overnight change where all of the sudden they're pumping out a ton of games.
Xbox doesn't stream...? GamePass is a service that allows you download the games. They are coming out with streaming capabilities in the future, but that is more for other devices like phones or underpowered computers/laptops
"Xbox turned their back on that 10 years ago, and the new studios they signed were, for the most part, already making exclusive content for Xbox."
What studio did they buy besides Playground and Undead Labs that was already making exclusive games for them? Thats only 2 of the 7 they bought. Also remember that at a time Bioware was making exclusive games for Xbox until EA bought them. So it was smart for MS to grab Playground.
Do you think all th...
Gears 2 was the perfect sequel. Bigger, badder, more badass in every way!
Its not just the ocean "sounds" lol it's the entire ocean physics.
They use it for the Sea simulation already.
1) Red Faction is not the first game to feature destruction.
2) You must not remember how they promoted that game. Their main selling feature was all the destruction and they advertised it as such.
You're trying so hard to downplay CD3's destruction. Yes the marketing of "the cloud" was over hyped. It's not going to make the Xbox one 4 times as powerful. But the server (cloud) destruction in CD3 is real and it is much more than Red F...
I think the article is Satire... Well I at least hope it is
That is a reasonable worry that isn't based on bias or trolling. Respect
@ucforce
Red Faction isn't even close as the peices dissapear quickly and are not dynamic and battlefield has been scaling back like crazy. You can't topple whole buildings unless it's a triggered event like in battlefield 4.
Also "Correct me if i’m wrong, many developers not try to overhyped with that features of their game".
Then proceeds to list 2 games that hyped their destruction physics engine lol

Still a fun game, just not a great Banjo game.
Well, its seeming like the destruction is actually real. However, a common theme im seeing is people worrying about longevity of the mode. Obviously the demo doesn't have all the content, hopefully there is a progression system or something to keep you playing this mode.
Is gravity and Bloodborne a first party game? Sure, they do have variety im not saying they don't at all, but you can't deny a good handful are starting to feel a bit too similar. Uncharted, TLoU, God of War (now), Horizon Zero Dawn, Days Gone... all 3rd person story driven games.
Other than Dreams, what upcoming game isn't a 3rd person story driven game? TLoU2? Days Gone? Ghost of Tsushima (which looks amazing)? Even Death Stranding and Shenmue 3 are 3rd perso...
Void Bastards? That looks great. Also looking forward to the winter of arcade announcement. I'm expecting that announcement at the game awards is when we get the release date of Ashen and Below as well.
They can delete the video and reupload
I'll admit to this one.
No because all their games will start feeling too similar. Much like Sony's games are all turning into 3rd person emotional story driven games.
They didn't let Rare go to crap. They bought Rare when Nintendo was done with them and didn't want to keep doing work with them and didn't renew their stock. Maybe they saw the decline. During that whole process and, almost being bought by Activision instead, a handful of people starting leaving. Then when MS bought them and gave them too much freedom they didn't know what to do. They were so use to having Nintendo guide them they didn't know how to guide themselves. Rare...
GoW has plenty of flaws, but to each his own.
