Dude, you know nothing about emulation, please be quiet next time. There's a gigantic difference between the hard work of reverse engineering (the one you described) and emulation done by the company who has access to all technical details, the owner.

There are tons of people that have issues with pop-ins because they play the pirated version and dunno how to install it and use external HDD's. Some don't even make it past the loading screen, it's not a "360" issue. The game has far less pop-ins than GTAIV did on any console and given the graphics boost from IV, it's not even bothersome.
