Yea, I love the randomness that happens in the game as well, but that's also to be expected almost in any MMO. But I agree the voice acting is top tier (the #1 spot for voice acting in my book would be SWTOR).
If anyone is a fan of DC characters in any bit, there are always little easter eggs and other things, that just keep you immersed in that world. That's what I love so much about it.
