All this really means is the baseline for development was 1080p/60 FPS, Xbox one was the lowest-common denominator, and parity was a design goal. So assets, effects, etc were tuned to achieve this.
There is 1 of 2 things or both
1. The game is not pushing performance of PS4
2. PS4 version may sport more advanced assets, effects, etc

I did not get the PS3 version so this will be my first opportunity to play the game.
Specs say no one should be surprised. Wait till the big boys show their games. 2nd wave current gen only titles will show even bigger differences like textures and effects
PS4 has all the advantages this gen! Its Sony's gen to lose. Nintendo and Microsoft both misread the market. I see PS2 level Market share.

All indications point to PS3 eventually selling more than the Wii in a few years.
PS3 is just getting started sales wise...it hasn't hit the $199 price point unlike the 360 and the Wii.
PS Plus is worth every penny.
I like the business model.
I only keep certain top tier games like (GOW III, Uncharted series, fighting games, open world games, rpgs, etc)...the rest I trade in anyway.
So the PS Plus business model is right up my alley.
I can't wait till the Sony Gaikai business model gives me access to all games.
Shame...but the fans have spoken with their dollars...hopefully Publishers take notice...cough...Capcom
