RROD is a very justifiable excuse for anyone that may want a 360. the fan noises, you're right, that is a sorry excuse. I think it is sad that after over 2 years, the RROD is still here, and fanboys act like it's nothing to cry about. There are more people than you think who might have already purchased a 360, if it wasn't for that. Imagine what the install base could have been right now. ME? I'm waiting it out just a little longer, maybe the holidays, before I pick one up. Say what you will...

never seemed to have that problem...i've been doin this for 25 years...although everyone gets beat by someone at some point...gaming is second nature to me...i catch on to new games pretty fast
