What does that matter when they're doing good in the US ? The exclusive games you like to hype are on the ps4 in the US, so why wouldn't they release it in the US for Xbox ?

Really, because I don't remember throwing a tanker truck down the street in any game recently. Crackdown is the granddaddy of open world destruction/superpowers games and has not been topped. Go ahead compare any similar game to Crackdown 1. Crackdown 3 is made by the guy that created it and Grandtheft auto. The destruction is going to make That "classic crackdown feel" amazing.
Japan favors Japanese products and companies. This game most Likely used Microsoft money to help with development of nier automata. There is no reason not to port it unless they are doing it because they buy Japanese over American out of pride or Sony paid them not to which is pretty low.
