Did you played MGS: Peace Walker? It already had an option for 2 & 4 players co-op. You still can finish the mission by yourself though. But some bosses like the MG: Peace Walker had tons of health bar and will be very long if you planning to defeat it by yourself. There's why Kojima put an option for 4 players co-op.
I expect Phantom Pain co-op will be the same with Peace Walker.

After the game released in japan than we will hear if it will get localize or not. But the 1st God Eater got localized, PS4 had a big success around the world, and Bamco are on localization spree. My hunch said it will get localize.

It happened to my friend a couple months ago. His account got hacked and $100 dissapeared from his wallet. He asked steam CS to restore his wallet but they refused to do it. I seriously don't know where poseidon21 got his claim about steam a stronghold of cyber security.
