There is only 2 ways for 3th party studio to make a profit on PS3 platform: to have a AAA game or have very big install base. So if they abandom PS3 support All activision games will be 360 games only.
There is new generation of game engines coming to 360. It's uses tesselation(x10 more poligons like in Forza 3), MEMEX (more "virtual" memory - Forza 3 1080p) and all 3 CPUs.

Graphics are for sure realtime but on a PC with 2+Gb of ram and so on.
That was true for Uncharted, Uncharted 2, Killzone 2 etc. Cutscenes are prerecored videos with better quality. And yes, they were recorded from realtime rendering from a PC where their tools are.

So that will not help BR to replace DVD as PC data format. You will never see this label "PC BlueRay ROM" as you see "PC DVD ROM". PC manufactures will not produce BR drives until Microsoft will support them in windows.
Never paid for any XBLA game. But this one is def a buy. That is old school + next gen = EPIC win.
