The screen is not a huge downgrade like some are saying also, actually the 2000 is more color accurate. I love the screen. Last the textured back and smaller rear touch screen make it feel better/more accurate in your hands.

What did you watch when your TV was 4:3? 16:9 was the image that created those bars on that 4:3 and now 16:9 is standard.
I am just curious if people truely understand that if they go to 16:9 from 2.40:1, you do lose the black bars but you also lose the left and right sides of the image, so in other words less to see/interact with.
So you see the point is that those back bars you are hating on are always ahead of thier time and give a more realistic/life-like...

This thing is amazing. One of the only games since the PS3 has come out that I am always thinking about and wanting to play. If I wasn't so sore from the workout it gives you I would be playing it right now.

You have to remember who drives the market for movie purchases at retail and this is what the CEOs that a qouting Downloads the winner are forgetting.
People who love movies want the absolute BEST quality. This is the reason that DVD beat VHS, the reason Blu-ray will eventually beat DVD, and the reason Downloads will in the near future have no chance. No one that loves movies will take a step back in quality of picture and sound for a download.

You have had yourself and known about quite a few failures with the 360 but yet you want to give them credit for taking care of it. Why is is acceptable?
They are not getting "so much crap" for this because if they were people like yourself would not keep going back to the system and buying games to support it.

If it was not microsoft they would not be able to pay/handle the cost of the extended warranty which would then lead to major lawsuits.
I would like to see if any past game systems have had a failure rate this high and if so were they successful.
Lets face it if the Xbox was made by Sanyo/GE/Panasonic/or any other electronics company the failure rates would be unacceptable by the public and they would get sued to no end.
I watched Rescue Dawn the other night which has DTS HD Lossless, I selected that and watched the movie. My receiver was showing it was decoding into DTS.

I just rented it two days ago and I can say this is one of the more fun FPSs I have played in a long time. Very intense fast paced game that brings the same level of fun and intensity that I loved with Quake 3 Arena with better graphics, gameplay and physics of course.
What makes his opinion valuable?
All you do is get it and the credit card and as soon as the $100 credit is applied you pay it off. I don't know how you guys think this could hurt your credit. If you pay your bills and cancel the cards you are not using your credit score will continue to go up.
Glowing review overall, then to give it a 7.5, STRANGE!
