I have them and a PS4 Pro. Scorpio will have games that look better than those two. MS, like Sony, has talented devs that know how to take advantage of the hardware. 4.2tflops will always be 4.2tflops. Engines won't push the Pro to above 6tflops. Like Xbox One is the 900p console the PS4 Pro is the 1800p console.
Just speaking facts.
Though I absolutely love GT games and want GT Sports but I do agree with moldybread. The direct gameplay images look significantly more like a video game, and those two screenshots really don't look like anything jawdropping. They look good but that is about it. The game will be fun, at least.

PS4 Pro games do look very nice but won't match the mighty beast Scorpio. It is what it is. If the price is $400-450 lowest end model, plus has a UHD BD drive would this seriously be bad value?

It is a big big BIG deal. If it wasn't for native 4k there wouldn't be a need for a 4k tv from a gamers perspective. I have a PS4 Pro and if it wasn't for the Scorpio I would just be sticking to my 9 year old 1080p tv. That said I am excited to see what checkerboard resolution can look like for myself.
