Saying what I would like and what is likely to happen are 2 different things completely. With minor costume alterations I see no reason why Scorpion and Sub Zero wouldn't fit in from a visual standpoint. You don't need to look further than the League of Assassins for my point to be proven. Matter of fact, you need to look no further than the DC and Mortal Kombat crossover game. Sure the game sucked, but that's because of the actual gameplay (not the fact DC and MK didn't mix)....
Since Kratos was in MK and other characters like Freddy were introduced I would like to see some alternate characters who are not from DC.
Scorpion or Sub Zero from MK or Cole from Infamous since he is a hero.

I'm a big Zelda fan and I want to play WW again. When the time is right I will buy a WiiU, but I wont buy one until there are plenty of Ninty exclusives
Console gaming has a huge impact on the PC crowd. Even if the PC is capable of so much more the developers still for the most part design a game for consoles and straight port it to PC. Dark Souls is a good example.
On the other hand the PC has a great community that fix everything.
Sony is restricted to 4 tiers with their trophies (bronze, silver, gold, plat). 360 can have an achievement worth 10, another one 20, 50, 100, 200, 5 etc etc.
Not saying one is better than the other, but people saying 360 is restricted to numbers is a bit stupid.
I'm also taking individual games in to consideration, barb_wire. Not many people were saying "Final Fantasy 13 going to 360 doesn't matter... it was a Nintendo franchise back in the day". PS3 fans were furious because they lost an exclusive. 360 had a numbered FF game before that too, but 13 was a killer blow at the time.
Metal Gear Solid games normally get announced as exclusives, but move to other platforms. (Regardless of where the series originated)
I played Mortal Kombat as a kid and I have never attempted to Sub Zero someone and rip their head off and their spine out (or turn another person into a baby).
Only after the modding community fixes the direct ports because the developers just feed the PC crowd the consoles leftovers since the PC isn't worth it.

Got this (Sine Mora) on Steam a while ago for next to nothing. I have hardly played it because I don't game on the PC much. It will be a blast playing this on my PS3, though. I am very happy with PS+ in Europe. It almost makes up with how crappy the rest of the Europe store is...

People need to assume they know what is best for Nintendo. I imagine it's a lot harder than people make it out to be.
I think many games can get by with no story at all, including fighters. It all depends how they design the game.
My fave game of all time and the game that originally got me into gaming as a kid. The wording of the headline makes it seem like an insult to wii-u line up and a way to get hits. I see it as a display of how good my childhood game actually is.
I disagree with a lot on the list. One gamr I would love to see have a more open world is MGS, but it appears I'm in luck. Final Fantasy would suck in true open world from the get go. Walking in to enemies you can't kill would suck. Returning to its PS1 structure is something I would agree on.
Uncharted should wait. Since 2007 we have had enough of out fair share of Uncharted. Wait until the console has been out a while, take advantage of the new hardware and make it feel as new as possible whilst maintaining the Uncharted feel. I don't see Demon's Souls 2 doing very well because of the Dark Souls franchise.
I want to see new IP's again. It was awesome falling in love with so many new IP's this gen.
