I think you can turn notifications off.
Settings > Notification Messiages > Do Not Display.

What are you talking about? The PS3 BC only upscales PS2 titles, this collection is a remastered version..meaning they've re-coded it, added new textures, made it NATIVE 720p and added trophy support.
I can't wait for the orignal PS2 vs collection comparison pictures, we all know it's coming.

The orignal Ratchet and Clank had that feature, if you did something in the game and then you played the sequel it would unlock something from the vender by reading your memory card.
Obviously this was before trophies, but the idea was the same.

Well that's upto them isn't it? Does it really bother you that much that someone likes to listen to their own music while gaming? I would love this feature.
