Kratos is strong aswell man. Have you played GOWII? He slams armored soldiers so hard they explode on impact and turns people into stone statues.

You have a mistaken definition of what immortal is. It can be in different ways. Some may not die from old age but can still be killed physically ways. Greek gods were ageless but could be killed by other gods or powerful weapons.Helios had his head torn off and was still alive and screaming so he is immortal.

MK shouldn't shoehorn a 360 exclusive character just because PS3 got a mascot in it. Kratos is in there because he spends all his time in all of his games physically ripping his enemies in half and slicing them up with his blades. It's a physical combat based character. What can someone like Marcus pheonix possible do in a game based on physical combat? Guy can't even jump. Kratos can clear football fields.
Resistance was never about texture detail or complex lighting. These graphics are good enough for me. It was always about aliens and large scale mayhem. I'd rather have them spend time on adding more crazy weapons.
I think Raiden can definitely give Kratos a good fight but realistically, Masterchief is the only one that can hang with MK fighters for the 360 side. Gears characters have no defense against someone like sub zero just walking up to them and freezing them.

I though alex mercer was a pretty awesome character to play as. But there was so much that was bland in the game that it got boring pretty fast. In order for the game to be funner, they would need a map the size and diversity of just cause 2 and way more enemy types. They could add invisible enemies that would make use of his thermal vision. Alot of his weapon types were turned useless when you got new ones.

After playing MNR for an extended period I don't see how I could ever go back to that under balanced, cheap laggy excuse for a racing game. Flashy colors and catchy music may be enough for you, but for people that want depth, balanced gameplay and the ability to be able to use their creativity MNR is ten times as "inspired" whatever that buzzword people love throwing around is suppose to mean.
DMC3 was legendary but now that I think about it Dante has always been a cocky retard with a emo haircut. Personally I think he looks cooler in the reboot. He looks more punk than emo and I have always hated how anime based characters have wacky hair colors.
As one of the biggest GOW fan here, I can agree that 2 was the best of the series.

I believe ModNation Racers is incredibly underrated. People seem to hate or brush it off for no reason. It did have some problems with the AI and loading (which both have been fixed) but apart from that it was really funny, versatile and balanced game. Not to mention the creation tools were really robust. I don't get the PS3 gamer community at times..
And say what you will about Kratos. But he adds a lot when playing these kinds of games more so IMO then when you play Gordon Freeman, Bayonetta or Link in their games. Nobody captures that primal rage quite like he does and in short adds a lot of credibility to the overall atmosphere of the game. You would need to be some sort of suicidal maniac not to have a mental breakdown in the kinds of situations you are typically put through.

LMFAO I have Castlevania in my collection and it's no where near as fun as any God of war game. The best thing in God of war is that you can find tons of creative ways to destroy your enemies and you have to use different weapons for different kinds of enemies aswell as useful magic attacks.
