MS has been working on this upcoming fall update for some time, and it looks to house a bunch of features, not just avatars..We are getting a new sweet group chat, that will allow us to talk to basically all of our friends in a much more accessible way. The 360 is also getting new features like a way to archive music, a way to share downloaded movies and watch them with other friends, the netflix service that they unveiled at E3, and an entire new interface sans blades.
Oh man you got them because everyone buys games for their cover art.
People definitely are overlooking the fact that the 360 has been and will continue to be the main next generation platform for rpgs and jrpgs. They are getting many games as at least timed exclusives, plus as others have mentioned there is Gears of Wars 2, Alan Wake down the line, Age of Conan, and Splinter Cell: Conviction.
How in the world is ROckstar suppose to offer a game with as many hours of gameplay as GTA without filler, and just what do they mean by filler. I get the sense that by filler, if they mean optional then that is great, those so called filler missions only add to the amount of in game freedom the player is given.

WHat do you man Perfect 10s where too much when plenty of flawed games had received 10's before it. A pefect 10 doesn't mean that a game is flawless, it just means that it is the best of its genre and one of the best offered on a platform in general, and I think GTAIV will live up to both of those things.
I don't understand, maybe they only give 10's for first party titles, but Halo 3 definitely had its own fair share of flaws, but somehow it still received a 10. I don't even think you can rate GTAIV on the same scale as other games, even with a few bugs and a few subpar filler missions this game is still looking to be the best that has been released thus far this generation. The pop up and glitches never really bothered me that much in past GTA's , in fact I've come to expect a little pop up here and there, especially when you are working with game with such an immense scale and groundbreaking detail
The camera view is only that way during multiplayer, and you really only named a few minuscule flaws, especially in comparison with many high scoring nextgen games.
What the hell, why does everyone think that OXM is biased. They have given low scores to many xbox exclusives, even handed out ratings far below the average on metacritic/gamerankings, and GTAIV is a multiplatform game that is highly associated with Sony. Really, what does OXM have to gain from giving this game a 10?
Haas is just stating what he's heard from IGN, he isn't bashing the PS3 version, but rather is just going over the subtle differences. If I said the PS3 version had warmer colors, but the 360's are more vibrant, everyone would go ape...It is ridiculous.

If you haven't seen GTAIV in action then you've been living under a rock, and every major magazine has already given us their hands-on impressions.
Oblivion came out on the 360 shortly after it launched, which means that the PS3 version came out nearly a year later...If their weren't any improvement by that point in time, Bethesda would look really bad. Lost Planet which came out a year later on the PS3, plays better on the 360, in comparison...So you really have no idea what you're talking about.
If you're gonna say something fanboyish, at least back it up, the 360 controller has better analog stick alignment for shooters, and is arguably closer to the DS2 in design than the DS3 that has soft rubbery L2/R2 buttons. Plus, their is no denying how comfortable it feels, it is at least as comfortable as the DS3 overall.
WHy are you comparing GTAIV to Halo, it really doesn't make any sense, especially given that the title isn't a PS3 exclusive. That would be like me saying that GTAIV is better than Uncharted (which it is), you could say the same for every game that has been released on either console. Do people use their brains on this site?
We do know lots about the dlc, we know that cumulatively it will be about the same size as one of the stories games, and we also know that the PS3 version was the version that caused GTA to be delayed. Why is everyone so gullible, or so fanboyish, most people that own both systems are getting this game on the 360 because of XBL superiority, and the dlc.
The guy's an idiot it is obvious, look at his good and bad summary. Under the good he puts vehicles are allowed to stored in garages and parking slots (Rockstar confirmed that players wouldn't be allowed to store or customize cars anymore,they wanted to show that possessions weren't important to Niko). Are you guys sane, the only reason that you think that PSN has less lag is because their are always significantly less people playing online on the PSN due to lesser install base, and the nature of most of the PS3's gaming lineup. XBL is always taking significantly bigger hits to its server, but whats great about it is, that they are constantly improving it.
