Whatever happened to the idea that we would be able to go into HOME and see the presentations first hand at a stage setup like the real E3 using our avatars? Does anybody else remember when it was said this was possible? I would love to do this and heck, I am not even an avid HOME user.
ANd it sold like poop on a stick. I am skeptical of this game not for the story but more for the gameplay and graphics. If it sucks all around then no matter how controversial it is, the game will tank like all other mediocre games.
The only online I truly enjoyed with WaW was the Nazi Zombie mode. If Treyarch were to simply come out with a game that rivaled Left 4 Dead using their engine and game play tactics from WaW, it would be the best Zombie game IMHO. Forget the other crap and just give us one big game full of maps and hoards of zombies with standard weapons and some really cool specialty weapons. Oh a boy can dream right?
Yes and there is a reason for it. There is a market for such lowly journalism and that market is the scourge of all gaming, the fanboys. Every time I hear more confirmation I get all tingly inside. That game was and is one of my all time favorite games this gen and to play a second one, I am giddy for it. Bring it on Sucker Punch!
They have not really been known for graphics, especially the level of graphics that GOWIII possesses. Tot hat however I say that Bungie is one of the greatest multiplayer developers ever to grace the consoles so in the end, this article is trash since both companies and games respectively should not even be compared.
But then again, I don't click on every single one. As for the article, I too am a bit disappointed in Bungie but have faith they will make a great game and retain their already spectacular reputation. Let's be honest here, they have made a heck of a game that many fans enjoy and I am sure they will continue to do just that. A single IP does not mean a single game in a ten year period. How many other IP's has Bungie had in the last ten years other than Halo?
The IP could be a series of 3 or more games and that would be more than enough games to be made in a ten year period. I do suspect however that is equates to 4 or 5 games within the same IP.

Hardly. Him quitting is like seeing the CEO of Engineering at Ford Motor Company quit. It does nothing more than force a small restructure that will take place within 30 days. Now, if Bobby Kotick were to quit, then you could see some changes take place but this guy just resigned his working position, not his status as Vice Chairmen on the board of Activisions share holders.
But why would anybody buy a "games" console and then want to return it because Sony removes a feature that did not involve "games"? People, as long as you are connected to the internet or play games on your console, companies can do this. Even the 360 won't let you play online games unless you have the most recent update running. Updates have come on discs since the 360 was released and have been on PS3 and 360 games ever since.

Let's be honest, RE5 was the one game that made the RE franchise irrelevant. Dead Space is the new RE IMHO.
I decided to pop it back in and give it a go with a buddy and wow, to my surprise the game was not fun at all. Don't get me wrong, the game was a complete blast to play back in the day but playing it today and mentally comparing it to every FPS I have played since then just makes this game sad. Remember it the way it was folks and for get about playing it now a days. Remember it in its glory days.
But let's be honest here, it has got to be one of the easiest HDD swaps you can find just short of a laptop. It takes about 2 minutes and some change depending on your content.
For those that cannot, I urge you to go where your friends are. It's just that simple. With online gaming getting so big these days, having an online where your friends are is the most important.
