Still one of the ugliest games ever made. And that's not because it's set in a wasteland, you can do good wasteland graphics (see Red Dead Redemption for how to do environments).
9s all over the place even though it's apparently full of bugs. But we see one little texture glitch in GT5 and you know they'll score it something stupid like 6/10.
Is that John Noble? Rockstar bagged a freaking amazing actor there.
The music alone in the trailers is enough to bring a tear to my eye. I can't imagine what the full story will do. At some point the creature is gonna die I think. :'(
8Billion? Not enough to buy those studios? Are you CRAZY?! 8,000,000,000 .... 8 BILLION.
I'll laugh, cry, and rejoice with happiness if Microsoft don't make that back with Kinect.
Edit: NVM my browser was acting up.
I think Liquid Snake is a bit sexier than Solid Snake but that's probably due to his accent and blond hair.
Ironic they bash Just Dance when they claim Dance Central as the best game at E3.
Already bored of this game and haven't even played it yet.
Same. First truly innovative MP game in a LONG time.
That F430 looks freaking real at 1:15
When 3DTVs reach around £400-500 (hopefully lower!) then I'll think long and hard (hehe) about getting one.
Played the first on Xbox 360, played the start of ME2 on PC. But didn't finish it. Couldn't really care less about save state imports and stuff. ME's story is good enough on it's own.
Bought it today. Just wanna replay Frontlines tbh, but also because I've needed a new game since maybe June. :(
Because I demand the face on the 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 note is Gabe Newell.
I kinda wish it were true. I have hundreds of games on Steam but only play maybe 5 or 6 of them.
"In the 1990s, single player games usually lasted for days, if not weeks. However, that changed with the 2001 release of Max Payne, which could be completed in under 12 hours."
Is this true? Max Payne was the first "short" game? Could have swore there were shorter games before that.
Knew it. Expanding features of XBLA seems like too much of a logical thing for Microsoft to do.
I have a HD4850 and an old Phenom II X4 (2008) and I'm really happy. It'll probably even do a good job of running "next gen" stuff (i.e. PS4/720).
Also, really I see NO point in investing in DX11 technolgy. It looks OK. But it's not a huge enough leap to want to upgrade, and it (was) too expensive.
Yeah, I was just thinking of games that are already out. There is that one by Ubisoft too, looks really amazing.
Of course Crysis 2 as well, it's a different location and it's not exactly post-apocalpytic but the buildings are suitably destroyed and the city is void of life, etc.
Fallout 3 (and NV) is just a sea of bland textures, little variation at all. But the thing is you CAN have variation and pretty textures.
