I don't think that the problem is that they are there...It's their price point! The game is 70$...Includes the music score, the art, all the monster and heroes designs, all the weapons and armor, the gameplay mechanics, the UI, etc... For 3 measly outfits they ask the same price of the full game?!?!?! Charge a dollar or 2 for a freakin' skin, not 20$!!!! I wish there were no mtx, but IF they have to be there, make them reasonable!!

Exactly! I'm fine with a graphical and AI upgrades but is it worth full price? Not to me anyways. I'll wait for a sale.
Maybe it should be mentioned that this is only for Amazon in the US! Games are almost double the price on the Canadian version...GT7 is 49$ in the US, 89$ in Canada...We almost never get sales...
I understand the comparison, but there is a difference. In both the activities you mentioned, you are only passive! You have no input on the course of events. video games on the other hand you actively participate, so everything comes into play: genre, difficulty, learning curve, taste, story, etc. I do believe that if a reviewer hasn't finished a game before reviewing it though, it should be clearly stated and the reason why!

The game runs very well on PS5 in performance mode. It does have strange stuttering in the beginning at a very specific spot, which will get fixed eventually...But the other 2 modes does have issues as noted by DF. Hopefully, Arkane will fix all that!

Some will, some won't. For me, Returnal was a bit overpriced as the game was too short for my taste. Ratchet and Clank is very good and has very high production value, but doesn't have a lot of replay value so for that reason, a tad overpriced. Knowing Horizon Forbidden West will probably be a lot longer and very good for the same price, seems open world games offer more value for the dollars spent...So charging 70 or more just because it's "next gen" isn't a good in...

I think you can adjust ballistics in the options. From easy, which comes with a red dot to show where the bullet will land, to difficult, with real world bullet ballistics (wind, drop, drag, temperature) and no red dot!!
I think Square and WB will always use Denuvo on all their games.....Glad I got it for the PS4 and not PC! Sucks big time for the PC base though....
